You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. 5. Payment and Fees

All fees for our Services are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge that payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

6. Final Sale and Exchanges

All purchases made from Skyline City Media are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns on any services. However, exchanges may be requested within 48 hours of purchase if the service has not yet started. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

7. Use of Poster Files

We reserve the right to use your poster files for our own advertising purposes. If you do not want us to use your poster files in this manner, you must submit a formal request to skylinecitymedia@gmail.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, provided by Skyline City Media are the intellectual property of Skyline City Media or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use only.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us or any third party. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
